Super Representatives will be comprised of 27 TRON users with stake in the crypto asset. They will help validate and govern the future development of the platform, alongside the Tron Foundation. The reason for moving to this model is to provide stakeholders a voice in the governance of the platform, as opposed to bitcoin/ethereum where the miners and developers hold most of the decision making power.
