The outset is that Zerto always tries to achieve the lowest RPO possible. Zerto does allow you to set a target RPO. This target RPO is used for reporting and alerting but is also taken into consideration with regards to Zertos Quality-of-Service (QoS) mechanism. This means that Virtual Replication Groups (VPGs) configured with a lower Target RPO will get more replication priority when scenarios are encountered where RPO is impacted.
