There is no page sharing technology in Hyper-V. Microsoft points out that page sharing becomes less efficient with larger memory pages as it is less likely to find common pages. Also newer OSs tend to reduce zero pages through other mechanisms (e.g. SuperFetch). That means that page sharing tends to be more efficient with legacy guest OSs, less efficient with newer ones.
